Robert Stevenson
Robert is the Director of Maintenacce Operations for Speed Commercial Real Estate, a position he has held since 2019. In that role, he oversees the daily maintenance of the Speed Commercial properties as well as all ensuring all maintenance technicians perform high-quality work. Robert has a strong background in maintenance with over 25+ years’ experience in the industry working on commercial and residential HVAC units, rehabs, capital needs assessments, implementing preventative maintenance programs and training service technicians.
Robert lives in Brandon with his beautiful wife, Allison, and their children, Taylor, Chase and Tristen.
