Candidates will need a full range of knowledge including general skills, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security camera and locksmith skills. Must be able to work independently and complete all work orders in a timely fashion.

Performs, designs and lays out more complex installation, maintenance, and repair to access control systems and door hardware locking systems to ensure security and safety.

Applicants should have professional mixing and painting experience on interior and exterior areas. In addition to painting industrial or commercial buildings, you may also be asked to assist with power washing and sandblasting surfaces as part of various projects, so any experience with this type of equipment is a major plus. We expect everyone on our crew to be clean and organized.

Works closely with our owners to maximize profitability, deliver precise accounting and handle issues as quickly and cost efficiently as possible.  Must have Real Estate license.
