Jeff Speed
Jeff Speed is one of Mississippi’s top most respected commercial real estate agents. His passion in the real estate industry began in 2002 when he earned his salesperson license, broker’s license in 2005 and CCIM designation in 2008. After many successful years with a local brokerage company, Jeff started Speed Commercial Real Estate in 2009. Speed Commercial Real Estate has quickly become a leader in the management, leasing and selling of commercial real estate assets in the Metro Jackson area.
Jeff has built his career on a reputation that includes honesty, discretion and the philosophy that each and every client deserves personal attention and commitment. Jeff’s intimate area knowledge, industry contacts and resources are among some of his most unique assets giving him the ability to service his clients with excellence and detail. Jeff has a unique talent for balancing patience and persistence in all levels of negotiations, achieving desired results. With his intense attention to detail and ability to analyze quickly, he understands his clients’ needs rapidly and accomplishes them. Jeff prides himself on the great relationships that he has built with his individual repeat clients over the many years.
Jeff has sold and leased over 1 billion in commercial real estate transactions during his tenure as owner of Speed Commercial Real Estate. Jeff currently manages a multi-client portfolio in excess of two million square feet of commercial space.
Jeff has been involved with several community activities including the Metro Chamber, Rankin County Chamber, City of Ridgeland Chamber, Madison County Chamber and Downtown Jackson Partners. He also served on boards for the MS Chapter of CCIM as President.
