Hailey Soper joined Speed Commercial Real Estate in December 2023. She graduated from Mississippi State University in May 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. At Speed Commercial Real Estate, Hailey supports the Property Management Staff by handling daily operational tasks such as property inspections for condition compliance and coordinating updates with the Management Team. Her responsibilities also include interacting with tenants and monitoring the performance of service vendors.

In 2024, Hailey earned her Mississippi Real Estate license.

She resides in Madison with her family.
